Staff Development
Accordingly, we place great emphasis on providing a comprehensive, individual training programme for each staff member taking into account past professional life skills and experience, and recognising and developing personal interests and skills which have the potential to add value to our service.
Every staff member is encouraged and supported to gain appropriate SVQ qualifications and are all Qualified to SSSC standards.
We also hold regular workshops and training courses focusing on the needs of the service users.
Staff supervision and appraisals as well as team meetings are undertaken at regular intervals. This gives opportunities for all staff members to be involved in reviewing and developing the service.
